When we're frustrated or consistently thwarted we tend to do one of two things: grind on our goals pushing ourselves ever harder to realize our ideals and get the experience that we desire, or else minimize our desires, trying to “let go” of the experience we want so we can be content.
On this path, you're focused on filling in the blanks of I believe... because... therefore to hear the basis of the pressure you're putting on yourself—whether that pressure is to push or to release—and then to listen for the objection to that pressure. You're looking for other desires that are in conflict or competition with the one that's frustrating you.
Once you find your objections you can begin to explore how to reconcile and integrate your various desires in new ways using the Coach Soul Stance which is coming up in Part III.
For now, find your objection(s) using Worksheet Three.
