All of this ordered-soul stuff might feel at times like an unwelcome constraint, but really it's good news. It makes self-examination about getting to that One Thing, that one breach in the intellect.
But we don't always have to look for the conflict intellectually. In fact, that's often not the best place to begin because it's not where the momentum exists. If you're frustrated by behavior that feels driven by emotions (overeating anyone?) then trying to first analyze yourself rationally is going to be pushing up hill.
So set your head that this is about One Thing, not many things. Focus relentlessly on the single goal of finding the intellectual breach—the wound that needs healing—even while you learn three different paths to that single goal.
